What is civic education?
It's not just history! Civics encompasses the rights and
responsibilities of citizens, structure of government, U.S.
Constitution, how a bill becomes law, and the importance of jury service, voting, and public participation.

It's never too early for a child to learn the significance of civil engagement, making change and working for the common good. Teaching our children about American governance and values will help them develop into informed and active citizens, and hopefully, foster a sense of pride in their country.
